Being a lifelong resident of Garden City and a home owner myself since the early 1980’s, I have witnessed firsthand the changes and the effects thereof within the real estate market and the advantages that homeownership can give to residents.


I was raised on a family farm in Finney County, attended public schools and took classes at the local community college. I attended Kansas State University and then married, settled, and raised two sons with my husband.


My main focus is on the residential side of real estate but I also perform and enjoy real estate services within commercial and agriculture areas as well. I’m an associate broker with Heritage Realty.


I am well versed in representing buyers and sellers acting as a designated agent and performing transaction brokerage.
